Yes yes yesss!! Gender norms constrict many things and that includes fashion as well. Something you wear should not be classified for men or for women. Clothing should be made to be worn by anyone who wants to wear it. When I was younger I had a very black and white view of what should be worn by whom. But as I get older I see androgyny everywhere and I love it. It also inspires me to wear things I would never have thought to wear before.

Same here! I also feel as though men have a lot more restrictions when it comes to their fashion choices (as Chris mentions in the interview, with all the bland ass colors in the men's section haha). That's why I particularly love thrift shopping, as they don't usually separate their clothing by gender.

Go get 'em! I've been thrifting a lot more here in NYC (although a bit more difficult during Covid), and I've actually picked up some of my most favorite pieces from the "women's section". Just like Chris said, I didn't even know it was women's clothing until I checked the tags – well-fitted jeans, cute sweaters etc. Too many good options on either end for us to be limiting ourselves to just one!
